Celeste is a teacher, mentor, and healer of the Divine Feminine Ascension Path. Her 20+ years in movement are combined with over a decade in Spiritual teachings to provide a practical and sustainable path to embodied and integrated high-frequency living.
She is of the Lemurian Rose Lineage and a Sacred Feminine Wisdom Keeper for Embodied Ascension. She specializes in Quantum Energy & Vibrational Healing, Womb Healing, Sound Alchemy & Embodied Movement to help restore & reclaim Sacred Feminine Wisdom.
Celeste is the Founder of Mu Rose Temple & the School of Feminine Initiatory Arts and has developed the Lemurian Rose Healing© Technique, a Quantum healing modality that supports the Higher Self's journey with Embodied Ascension. Her non-profit organization caters to healing Hearts & Wombs via alternative healing modalities.

Bio
After an avid career in fitness, Celeste experienced a 7-year awakening journey that led her to her Soul Lineage of Mu, (aka Lemuria| Hawai’i) walking the Path of the Feminine Healing Arts and reclaiming the codes of Ascension.
Her book, ‘I AM Lemuria’ and her Podcast, Mu Rose Temple, the Podcast, speak in further detail about what this process of spiritual awakening & activation look like.
Celeste is the Founder of Mu Rose Temple whose mission is to awaken the Feminine on this planet. She works with the Feminine healing arts of Movement, Sound and Quantum Energy Healing.
Movement Educator
Celeste became Barre Intensity’s first International Barre Master Trainer, establishing boutique barre studios globally and training over two dozen teams of barre instructors on the East Coast of the United States. She has completed several barre and pilates-based certifications along with Light Body Yoga and with:in yoga teacher training in Miami, Florida.
