Pre & Post Care for your Session

  • Arrive nourished, hydrated and adequately rested, whether in-person or online.

  • Do not plan anything immediately after your session. You should have time to rest and ideally spend some time alone. Going to the beach, grounding or simply being at home is the best way to follow up these sessions.

  • Do not consume caffeine, meat, dairy or drugs prior to session.

  • Eat hydrating and high-vibrational foods 2-3 days PRE & POST-session to support integration.

  • Your emotional field may be on the surface - meaning, you can get emotional unexecpectedly or have emotional reactions that are not your typical response. This is normal. It means your body is rewiring. Be aware and notice. Be gentle and have discernment about what is feels right in your body.

  • Notice if you have any sort of cravings, even outside of food. Your habits, behaviors or preferences may change. This is normal. Take note and have discernment about what is in your highest interest.

  • If you have booked an energy session, it takes a few days for the body to recalibrate. You may experience drastic changes in your reality. Change in friendships, careers, lifestyles, etc. This is because your Higher-Self if asking for something New, aligned to your Highest Good.

  • If you have booked a yoni-steam, you may experience sensitivity, cramps, additional discharge, emotions or intuitive hits unlike before.

  • If you have booked a womb energy session, this is a very intense session that may take a few days or weeks to integrate. Be kind and gentle to your body, mind & heart.

  • Trust. Love. And stay consistent to your Truth.

  • FOR LONG DISTANCE SESSIONS, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

  • This session DOES NOT USE TECHNOLOGY.

    PHONE / SKYPE IS NOT USED. These devices create unnecessary disturbances to the energy field. It is recommended you turn OFF all wifi, distractions, and technology during the time of your session. It is highly recommended you book your session PRIOR to going to bed. While you sleep, the mind is OFF and can receive the healing at a deeper level.

  • INSTRUCTIONS TO RECEIVE A LONG-DISTANCE SESSION

  • Make sure you are either going to bed or have created ample time of Sacred Space with nothing to worry about, no time limits and nowhere to do directly after.

  • Set the intention to receive a long-distance healing from your practitioner.

  • You may declare anything else you would like.

  • You may listen to gentle or calming music to help relax.

  • Trust that the energy is doing what it needs to do.

  • Within 24 hours, you will receive a recording. If you do not hear from me, please reach out. Sometimes the recording is long and does not attach to the email.
