Celeste’s career began as an International Master Trainer, educating teams of fitness instructors nationally and consulting fitness studios world-wide. During that period, she experienced a spontaneous awakening, pulling her away from her physical body and into the unknown world of the Spiritual body.
For several years, Celeste experienced extremely uncomfortable body contractions which shut her body down and forced her to be in deep meditation & vision for hours and days on end. The only thing that would soothe her was listening to frequency music. It was during these ‘meditative activations’ where she began to remember her Soul Connection to Sound and the unseen world.
The Rose Path revealed itself to Celeste after experiencing a womb awakening and moving to Hawai’i. Slowly, she was guided back her body and continued walking the Initiatory Path for many years.
Celeste is passionate about supporting others in grounding their spiritual journey. She is supports women on the Feminine Initiatory Path and teaches sensitives how to hone into their healing gifts as a pathway to service, as she has walked herself.
After creating a thriving wellness space in Hawai’i, (Mu Barre & Temple), Celeste now runs the S.O.F.I.A. School of Feminine Initiatory Arts and the Lemurian Healing Art Training Program while hosting healing events in Miami & NYC.
Anyone can receive a download and commune with God these days, but the process of ‘Becoming One with’, of bringing this Essence forth via our Living Breath,

Movement Bio
Celeste grew up as a professional ballerina, teaching movement since her early teen years. After dancing for her college dance team and South Florida’s NHL dancers, she branched out into the barre and pilates industry as a thriving teacher and world-wide educator, traveling globally to train master teachers & establish boutique studios in emerging fitness markets.
Master Movement Educator
Celeste became Barre Intensity’s first International Barre Master Trainer, establishing boutique barre studios globally and training over two dozen teams of barre instructors around the world. While living in Hawai’i, she was the founder of Mu Barre & Temple, a women’s fitness and wellness space.
Celeste has completed several barre and pilates-based certifications in NYC, Light Body Yoga and a 200 hr. yoga teacher training certification with with:in yoga in Miami, Florida.
