Sound Baths help reduce stress and ease the mind. Think of it as an energetic shower. You get to relax and bathe your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies with layered sequences of healing frequencies, tones and harmonies.

1:1 Sound Therapy
Sound Therapy uses Frequency & Harmony to create a state of wellbeing within your body, mind and spirit. When we return to Divine Harmony, healing, clarity and deep peace are restored.
This is a 1:1 session catered to your specific needs. Sound Therapy uses frequencies to work directly with any blockages, stagnation, pain or setbacks you are experiencing. Just like energy work or subconscious reprogramming, I use sound combined with intuitive energy work, to bypass the logical mind and work directly with the intelligence of your spiritual body. Sacred Sound & Plant Ceremony
