My background in fitness and then spiritual awakening happening.
It’s all finally coming together.
Being in my body, fully.
Then being out of my body, fully.
Now, we get to come to the middle road.
This is what I share with you, with a bit of a Divine Feminine Wisdom weaved in between.
This is a Platform, Mu Barre & Temple, to bring forth the Wisdom of the Feminine. The Merging. The alchemy of Physical and Non-Physical. Spiritual and Matter (Madre)
The Mother is the Physical.
Daily Movement
If you are not moving Every Single Day, with awareness and consciousness, NOT WITH THE OLD PROGRAM OF FEAR AND LACK ABOUT Body-Image and self-worth.
Movement with a higher understanding.
The energetic bundles that are wrapped up in old programs and belief systems that are holding us back from integrating these higher light codes that are coming in at this time but also tapping into something way deeper that is inside of us, something that is already written inside of our bones, our destiny, our FATE. That is what we have to tap into.
If we are not moving, we are stable, stagnant, unable to untangle these memories and bundled programs.
We move through them, LITERALLY. We Re-write those programs.
Move, every day, in a healthy, sustainable way.
This is not a 60-day Challenge to workout everyday and gets ripped.
Not the goal to get shredded – yes it’s an outcome of being fit. You come into your NATURAL BODY WEIGHT. That weight that is healthy and aligned with YOU. Where you are today!
The ascension process will dictate what weight you need to be at. It fluctuates.
There are ups and downs. It’s all talked about in Divine I AM.
This is not a weight loss program. This is about YOU coming into a Natural weight that is IDEAL for your body at this time.
This is about Healthy, Sustainable, Presence & Pleasure based living, merging the Above and Below, within and without.
And that, my friends, is Cycle-Synced living.

This is what this program is about.
We hold each other accountable and remind each other that we are NOT OVULATING EVERYDAY. This is NOT the OLD Program of fitness. This is something NEW. A new approach to holistic living.
Even if we are in the down of the PMS, Inner-Fall time, where the subconscious patterns come to the surface to be seen and felt through, we can still show up and MOVE THROUGH THEM.
We can still love ourselves.
Movement as Medicine to help us MOVE through these old patterns that our Cycle brings with its Wisdom.
This is about tapping into our Womb’s Wisdom and using Movement as Medicine.
It is through movement that we can unlock barriers, emotional patterns, belief systems, ancestral wounds.
We show up for the Quantum Unfolding of this New Earth Reality in this Now Moment.
ANATOMY, ILLNESS & INJURY
ALL IS FREQUENCY
If you are injured, sick or unwell, your body is speaking to you
Lubrication of the Spine – where we hold 7 – 11 generations of information (karma, destiny, wounds, patterns, ancestral DNA.
What happens when we are stiff? Don’t have fluidity - literally – energy running from the Skull to the Tailbone and back up.
The kundalini Force CANNOT activate. The Energetic Activation of your centers cannot activate.
Movement is Key to ALIGNING and Awakening your highest potential.
If we are not OPEN vessels at this time, open containers for this Light, a new wave of consciousness, clean, purified, receptive, how are we to INTEGRATE?
One of the themes that are coming up lately is:
~ EXPAND
~ GROUND
~ INTEGRATE
We cannot do this fully if we are not honoring our bodies.
This is so much more than fitness. This is creating a sustainable, conscious relationship with your body, the Physical so that you can strengthen the Energetic and bring in what you are destined to.
I say this because it’s my experience. My lack of connection to my body – being out of the body for so long – left me with many side effects, one of which, was the inability to ground everything that was happening OUT/IN there.
Resistance training is KEY for this.
We are not in the BUDDHA Age any longer.
We need to Ground into this body, not get out of it.
