I merge over 2 decades of varied movement experience, from professional dancing to educating fitness instructors worldwide. This is what I experienced from what I learned:


  • My energy increased and I had better results than just sticking to ONE way of working out.

  • I stopped feeling bad about not working out enough because I got more results from working out ‘Smarter’ not ‘Harder’

  • My relationship with food improved dramatically because I have a long-term sustainable approach to overall mind-body wellness and fitness (vs the crush-it mode which leaves you exhausted, depleted and with so much hunger!)

  • I became excited about what was possible for my fitness goals long-term with sustainable workouts rather than stressing my adrenals with HIIT-based routines or chasing quick results.

Multi-Discipline

My background includes professional dance, pilates, strength training, yoga and barre. I make sure to balance your workouts for long-term results.

Celeste is an International Master Trainer and Fitness Educator with Barre Intensity and has privately consulted Barre Studios & Teachers all around the world. She had her own fitness studio in Hawai’i and now trains clients one-on-one.
