The Why

I grew up in the Dance & Fitness world. Until I had a strong spiritual Awakening and I could no longer fit in. I couldn’t find a space that merged the two - a space to keep my body healthy and strong while my mind needed to understand and expand into something much bigger - so I decided I would create one.

I trained with men at gyms. I learned how to meditate according to masculine lineages. All I did was embedded with Masculine Energy, and none of it felt good.

Until I learned what it meant to connect with my Feminine Energy. Everything Changed.

I was finally able to connect my body & spirit. I was finally able to ground into my body while enhancing my spiritual gifts.

The Masculine Path didn’t work for me.
